My name is Guy and i'll always be a son of the south but I am now located in the great white north, Montreal to be exact.
I'm not sure how this will pan out over time but I am hoping for the best. What's better than cooking while listening to some good music? ALMOST nothing. My plan is as follows, to give step by step instructions to all the recipes listed with as many detailed pictures as possible. I'm a music fiend so along with the recipes a playlist will be posted at the bottom when it is all said and done. Each recipe will have their own specific playlist and they will pretty much be made up of whatever ended up coming across my itunes while making the meal.
I try to follow a vegan diet as much as possible but I can't make any promises that here and there a non-vegan recipe might show up....but the ones that aren't I will certainly note.
I will always site my sources so whoever is responsible for recipes gets the deserved credit.
Everything posted here will be made by myself along with my sous chef Deja.
